Servers come with a single IP or a /29 IPv4 block (5 usable IPs), but with justification, additional IPs are available.

We do not assign additional single IPs, but additional /29 IP blocks are available with justification for $12/mo per /29 IP block.  

You can request additional IP ranges on your preconfigured server through our automated system. To request additional IP ranges:

1. login to the client portal
2. select the service
3. click [Request Additional IP Address Space] link
4. fill out the online justification form

Once justification form is received, we will generate an invoice for you to submit payment. Once paid, the IPs will be assigned to your server.

We currently allow one add-on IP block (up to a /29) per server per 30-day billing period.  We have a strict policy of not allowing commercial mass email marketing servers or SPAM servers.

The cost of an additional /29 IP range is $8.00 and contains 8 IPs, but has 5 usable IPs. The first one is the network address, the second is the gateway and the last one is the broadcast address.
