How Can I Cancel My Service?

Our contracts are simply month-to-month.  You can cancel your server at any time before the next invoice due to date avoid paying renewal fees.

You can cancel your own servers online by logging into your client portal and:

  1. Click on Services at top
  2. Click on service you wish to cancel
  3. In the upper right, click “[Cancel Service]” (and click “OK” to confirm you wish to cancel).

You can cancel anytime before your next invoice date and this will auto remove the service from future invoices.  The original /29 IP block will be cancelled with your server and will not be transferred to a new service.

Canceling your service is final.  Cancellation is not reversible and your server will be removed within 24 hours after you cancel your server.

We do not provide pro-rated refunds or credits when you cancel your server.
