Servers with 1gbit ports are allotted 33TB of bandwidth per billing period. We do not term additional bandwidth. If you go over the allotted bandwidth amount, your account will be invoiced for overages at $0.02 per GB. You can monitor your bandwidth usage using the web portal bandwidth graph and will be notified when you reach 75%, 90% and 100% utilization via our ticket system.
No. At this time, we do not provide backup services. You are responsible for backing up all software and data.
